It is recommended to check if the printer driver is correctly installed and updated. Additionally, try restarting both the printer and the computer and run the SSC utility again. If the issue persists, it is best to contact SSC utility support for further assistance.
SSC Service Utility is not compatible with your Epson SX100 printer. You can check the entire supported printers models on SSC Localization Group official web page.

Unfortunately, as you can see on the official web page, SSC Service Utility is not supported by Epson Stylus Photo R390 printer. If you no longer have the documentation that will help you to solve the issue, you can download it from Epson Manuals & Documentation page. Also, there is an online troubleshooting guide available that will help you solve all major issues. If you need to reinstall the drivers or some software, you can acquire them from Epson Drivers & Software section.
Is there a setting on version 4.3 that will reset all the cartridges on the Epson TX700W. I have owned previous Epson printers but this is the worst of the worst printers ever made. In 12 months it has cleaned and churned its way through 100+ cartridges for printing 1-2 documents a fortnight. Yes i have been tempted to throw it through Epson's HO window. I desperately need to reset colors as i only now print in B&W, yet it chews color cleaning. Please can someone help, Please I need to urgently print 12 pages in Black but cannot print due to Cyan supposedly being out which it is not.

Try the TX700W adjuster program to reset the catriadge counter.
I have Epson Stylus DX3850, and I cannot reset ink level with this program. Only yellow ink cartridge is fixed and I cannot use the printer. Please, give me a solution!

Although the printer is supported and marked as recognized, it's actually impossible to use it to reset ink status. Instead, click on Ink Freeze and then hot swap with newly refilled tanks and it will work this way.

You can't use the SSC Service Utility with the Epson PX-G920 (Japan ) because this device is unsupported. As far as I know, the SSC Service Utility has an option that allows you to use it with unsupported devices, but I wouldn't recommend it since it's an experimental feature that wasn't meant to offer expected results, therefore you should wait until the developers of the SSC Service Utility will implement the required functions.
Also, they recommend on their website to send an email if you want support for a device. Access their page to learn more about it.

You are trying to reset the chips on an unsupported device. According to this list, the T5000 isn't among the supported versions, but I know that you can test it even if it says unsupported. The software has a function that allows you to do that.
Download the SSC Service Utility, then use the built-in main menu bar to select the unsupported chip option and then proceed.

Yes, the "SSC Service Utility" can work with the Epson Eco Tank L1300. Installing it should disable the counter protection feature.
